What's Lydia's role?
Customer and partner relationship manager, product management, tour organization, tour guide and author.
"I've started working as a guide during my studies for the Frauenstadtrundgang Zürich, an association dedicated to gender history. For the association, I've developed, guided and coordinated tours. A very enriching experience that gave me a very clear idea of the way I wanted to track.
I've always been excited about the colorful, multicultural Zurich, which has everything a big city can offer as well as the quietness and charm of a small village. As I and Hugo became parents, this enthusiasm got bigger and after graduating, the idea of offering tours to a broader audience got stronger in my mind. So the start of the project Zurich by Lydia with him in 2014 was the next natural step."

What's Vítor's role?
IT-Management, Touroperator Relationship Manager und Content Marketing.
"I've had my first experiences with tour groups at school, where I started organizing small inland expeditions for students and teachers. Later I've organized three trips to Catalonia, which I explored with a group of colleagues on a bike tour, leaded a night tour in the city of Barcelona and a stopover in Zaragoza. Though I had a lot of work and responsibility with this, the sense of fun and fulfillment were always stronger.
But the most exciting journey of my life was yet to start. In 2009, Lydia and I fell in love. Since then, our two sons were born and Zurich was the perfect scenario to celebrate it. As parents, our enthusiasm for Zurich and Switzerland grew and prompted us to offer the best stories and experiences that the city has to offer through the project Zurich by Lydia."
